See in its original language (French) : Pièce très rare! Se monte normalement sur tout modèle cabriolet (probablement pas sur berlines). Ce protège-genoux a la particularité d'être plus volumineux que celui des versions européennes, afin de répondre aux normes US plus strictes qu'en Europe à l'époque. Celui-ci à également la particularité encore plus rare d'inclure les trous pour les vitres électriques ainsi que le cendrier (disposé plus bas afin d'accueillir les grilles de ventilations pour les modèles équipées de la climatisation). Pour info: le cendrier est tout simplement le même que celui des toutes premières Golf 1 (premier tableau de bord); et les boutons de vitres électriques sont les mêmes que sur les VW Corrado. Intéressant pour quelqu'un qui souhaite s'atteler à un projet 'full options' pour sa Golf ;).
